Unati hired women, and with utmost diligence ensured the direct deposit of the wages into their accounts to prevent any misuse/misappropriation of the funds towards potential substance abuse or any wrongful act.

The initiative of empowering women and promoting the sustainable use of bioresources (collected from the wild) not only supports the community, but also advances gender equality and economic empowerment. Unati has successfully contributed in making a positive impact on both environment and social front by leveraging natural resources in a responsible and sustainable manner.
